Our construction officer is the liaison between the lender and/or owner of residential or commercial property and the General Contractor. With every draw request the contractor brings in to our office, an on-site inspection is done to make sure the work is completed before funds are disbursed. The search department also performs an update to your commitment, checking for any liens or any issues that may have occurred during construction. Once the final draw request is made, and the final funds are disbursed, a final Owners and/or Loan policy will be issued.
