Kathy Beal - Vice President & Operations Manager
Having worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, Kathy brings to Title Consultants experience from the lending side of the industry. Her career consisted of working in area banks as a Vice President/loan officer and most recently for a mortgage bank. Her history of excellent customer service fits in well with Title Consultants pledge to our customers. Kathy, a Fall River native, and her husband have 3 sons. She participates in her community with her membership in Rotary and is past president of her business networking group along with past membership on the Columbus Hospital board. Kathy is active in her church as well as being a church musician. |

James Weed - Accountant and Human Resources Manager
James came to Title Consultants in 2008 with an associate's degree in accounting. His previous experience includes both mortgage and insurance expertise. James lives with his wife and 3 children in Brandon and is involved in his church there, having been a Sunday School teacher and former church council member. He has a passion for accurate and detailed work and is committed to high standards of customer satisfaction. |

Peggy Hendricks - Escrow Officer
Peggy brings to Title Consultants a background in accounting and customer service from her previous work at a floral shop and a funeral home. Her accuracy and attention to detail are great assets when preparing for the closings and upholds Title Consultant's commitment to excellence in service. Peggy, her husband and two sons reside at rural Fall River. Having earned the status of being a published author, Peggy continues to write and is also active in her church. |

Brian Radloff - Title Officer
When Brian started with Title Consultants, he brought experience in architectural drafting, residential construction estimating, and surveying. His varied experience makes him expert in his field in searching real estate records and answering real estate related questions. Brian resides in Beaver Dam and has 3 children. Along with being active in his church, Brian has been a many year active participant in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. |

Julia Rogers - Title Officer
Coming with over 20 years experience in the title industry, Julia also has a strong back ground in positive and personal customer service. Her expertise and attention to detail fits well with Title Consultant's commitment to excellence in service. Julia resides in rural Beaver Dam and enjoys spending time with her granddaughter. In her free time, she designs stained glass garden jewelry and is an assistant Youth Girl's Club Leader and Sunday School teacher. |

Debbie LeBeau - Customer Service Representative
Debbie joined Title Consultants with over 4 years of title insurance experience. She has earned an Associate Degree in the Administrative Assistant program from Moraine Park Technical College. Debbie enjoys being the first face that customers see when they enter our office. She is a lifelong Beaver Dam resident and enjoys spending time with her husband and son along with showing and riding her Quarter Horse. Debbie is also the "Horse Leader" for the Dodge County 4-H Clubs and a member of the Dodge County Horsemen's Association. |
